There is no multiplayer for Ghostbusters...

None at all on PC (which is ridiculous)
None on ds (not suprising)

Online only on Xbox and PS3 (no local, which is stupid)

Wii and PS2 apparently have local multiplayer...but shitty graphics.

It's absolutely ridiculous, and I am SO NOT HAPPY.

Ghostbusters: The Game is essentially Ghostbusters 3. The Wii version is done in a completely different style from the 360 and PS3 versions, and only has "shitty" graphics if you think the Wind Waker graphics were "shitty."

It doesn't make sense for the story for it to be a multiplayer game.

Not all games should be multiplayer.

Shitty is compared to the Xbox- I haven't played windtalkers, so that is moot to me.

In one of the modes, you can play as one of the original ghostbusters. If you can team play online as ghostbusters, I see no reason not to have local multiplayer.

Not all games should be multiplayer, true. But this is one that SHOULD be.

Shitty as compared to the X-Box? It's the Nintendo Wii.

It's a completely different graphical style. Take a look online at Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. It's cel shaded graphics - Completely different.

There is something to be said for the developer not wanting to "sacrifice" on the experience. The Wii/PS2 versions were done by a completely different developer than the 360/PS3 versions. They probably felt that, given the budget, they could achieve a certain quality without local multiplayer and if they added it that quality would drop below a particular threshold, which is not acceptable to them. Fact is, resources are limited.
