I have taken to reading slate magazine (an online one). I like the advice column (dealing with things Dear Abbie wouldn't touch) and the political, social, and technological aspects. It's neat.

Anyways, theres a blog/column about human nature. The one on female suicide bombers is interesting, but personnaly I like the one on discrimination. Human rights (abortion and racism) and animal rights (meat versus living creature).

I like this quote:
"...But what strikes me at this point in the conversation is thatequality and discrimination are intricately related. What we often call equality -- sorting creatures into biological groups and treating eachgroup member as identical to the others, but different from members ofother groups -- is also discriminatory. That's the paradox of "humanrights." Each of us mixes the two in our own way. Spain extends its"community of equals" to gorillas but not gibbons. Catholic bishops demand rights for zygotes but not chimps. PETA equates racial with interspecies equality. The NAACP discriminates between discriminations."

I swear, if I weren't on birth control, I'd think I was pregnant...

I have been feeling nauseas, and exhausted the last couple of days.
And, nothing, NOTHING, tastes right today.

UGH.

Most likely I am just getting sick...I can feel the post-nasal drip, and its more likely.
