I don't even think I hate my job anymore.

Now I just think its a fricken joke.

If you use sick time, you get penalized. If you have more than 2 weeks vacation, you get penalized. If more than 1 person (6%) leaves the company/office, you get penalized.

Oh yeah...THAT makes sense.
