It is February. Tax Season. WHY CAN'T I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION???
Your 'manage your loans' webpage? DOWN.
Your phone menu "I need help with my account"? DOWN
You see, SM, you don't send me my 1098-E. I have to go online to get it. I can't even get the information over the phone ("We don't have access to that information, please log on to your online account to retrieve it"). Yet here it is, a nice Saturday morning, with me trying to file my taxes and I CAN'T GET MY FRIGGEN INFORMATION.
You are pissing me off, SM. SERIOUSLY.
